When you move house, it’s not just the interior that may need some work done. People often forget about the importance of an outdoor space, and a new home move can be the perfect time to refresh the garden.
This project is the perfect example of maximising the space you have in a smaller garden and the importance of extending your living space outside.
This was a full garden rebuild centred around the design and installation of a Limed Oak Millboard deck. The client found us and chose to work with our team because we are Millboard approved.
Millboard Decking Project Breakdown
- Removal of old decking and paving.
- Installation of new Millboard deck (Limed Oak)
- Construction of a new set of steps using Millboard and clad the walls using Millboard Envello cladding in Burnt Cedar.
Installing the decking and constructing the steps in this way gave the garden a bigger usable space. It’s perfect for the homeowner to spend time outside and be able to enjoy outdoor cooking and alfresco dining.
Choosing J Drewe
The client chose to work with our team because we were local to them and because we are a Millboard-approved installer. With this type of decking, it’s always best to work with an approved installer who has experience; wrongful installation can be costly.
A note from our happy customer:
“Very happy with everything – a total transformation!
Jason and the rest of the guys were very easy to work with and always very polite and considerate, which we really appreciated. They’re a credit to you.
Thanks for everything.”
