Porcelain Paving & Artificial Grass Garden, Didcot, Oxfordshire

For this project, the clients desired slick, Porcelain paving in large slabs and artificial grass. They specifically wanted a modern, contemporary outdoor room, which looked neat and trendy, but that would also be safe for their young baby to explore.

They had not long moved into this home and were busy renovated the house interior and so it was important to them to have a team to take care of the garden, that they could trust and rely on. With the interior taking on a modern look, they wanted the garden to match.

The client also requested a garden which could be enjoyed both in the summer and winter months and would be easy to maintain. We chose plants along the boarders which would not require a lot of care and built a decking which extends from their living room; providing the perfect outdoor space to enjoy. The decking fit nicely in an area between the kitchen and living room and filled a space of the garden which was other wise unusable.

The artificial lawn by Namgrass complimented the paving and we installed thin paving cuts around the lawn to give it a finished and modern look. The boarders around the lawn were planted with a mixture of tropical and traditional plants.

We also organised for lighting to be fitted, both in the flowers beds and along the screening installed onto the fencing in the decking area. The finishing touch to this stunning garden is the shed building; made from old reclaimed wood and finished beautifully with John Lewis outdoor lighting.

This outdoor space was a joy to design and construct.
